Why I Want To Get In Shape

I'm going to Jamaica in June for a wedding, and I don't want to be the fat girl in Jamaica. I want to be able to have a bikini on and not feel self-conscious. I want to be healthier and look better.

bigsmile Hello, Hope you had a great weekend, Mine was pretty eventful, I went to do a little Christmas Shopping and I think I walk from here to ( Phoenix to Cali ) it was so busy, I also had workout earlier that day, When I finally came home, I was so popped, went to bed ! Today is another story, Went to have Lunch/ dinner with parents and had some Chinese Buffett and it was so good, I don't know how many Cals i may have went out grumble but it was so good, I don't splurg often, and I've been on top of working out 6 days a week so it was light, no fried rice, Will have to exercise more this week !!! drinker Enjoy the week and have a great day, It's so chilli here and a little cold but loving it ! smile

Now enjoying some Hot Green Tea !!!
