About Me
I'm a 28 year old mom of 3 who's fed up with being overweight and out of shape!! I've always been heavy and have tried just about everything to lose weight and I'm sick of it - literally (can we say too much Cabbage Soup Diet :P) I've spent some time trying to figure out calories and exercise and it was getting to be too much work. Here all the work is done for me and I LOVE it. Thanks for being around MyFitnessPal!!
July 3, 2008 - It's been six weeks and I've lost 24 pounds!! I know my weekly loss is going to go down but I hope that I can continue with a 2lb/week loss.
Aug. 21, 2008 - 13 weeks and 36 pounds down!! I'm feeling better all the time and I'm loving shopping for new clothes!!
Sept. 17, 2008 - had a rough few weeks lately - looking for work isn't condusive to a great weight loss journey. haha Gained 1.6 pounds but that's less than I thought. Hopefully will get back to it now!!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
So I have more energy to play with my kids and feel more comfortable when I go out.
