Married male with a 4 year old son - aways struggled with my weight, but never counted calories. I have always tried to exercise, run and lift weighs and would use low carb diets to lose weight. Since I started counting calories, I realize I have been eating way too much.
Why I want to get in shape
Enjoy having energy and want to stay healthy for my family. Also want to set a example for my son.
