About Me
Well lets see, I'm 22 years old and just trying to stay healthy. I've been playing volleyball for the last 12 years, just had my last season (senior in college). I'm still coaching which keeps me involved in the sport but I will definitely miss it a lot! My major is kinesiology so I'm really into fitness and eating healthy. I recently ran my first full marathon! It was great :) I recently got into cycling which I've become obsessed with so who knows maybe a century some day!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I actually consider myself to be in shape but I'm mainly on the website to maintain my weight and watch what I'm eating. I also want to build up my muscular endurance more.

things are going great really i finally started school thank god and i really am gonna start running so i was wondering if you could tell me how to start this? is like a 5 min walk/jog then 5 min run then 5 min walk/jog ok? lol idk but if you have the time i would love for you to tell me how to start this out to where im not getting so winded and will want to do it more often cuz its not so hard......? thanks so much for helpin me it means alot..xoxoxo
