About Me
I am married and I have two children. My daughter is married and she is a soldier in the US ARMY. She is expecting her first child in July. My son is 14 yrs old and has autism. My husband is US ARMY retired. I am in my 40's and have been gaining weight due to reduced exercise activity and overeating. This site, so far, has helped me lose a few pounds already since joining.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be as healthy as I can be. And of course, look good.
My Inspirations
- Have good health and energy to continue enjoying life.
- Be able to care for my son, who has autism, for as long as I can.
- Stay strong and "young" to enjoy my grandchild who will be born in July.
