Why I Want To Get In Shape
See my "BEFORE" pic - the family Christmas picture - I was miserable and out of shape (and had a BMI of 26 - I was officially "overweight" and at risk for increased health problems). MFP is AMAZING - especially the support!
I gained too much weight in pregnancy, I really just indulged every craving. I've struggled with this weight, and before finding MFP had just thought I could never lose it. I hate "dieting" and I freak out if I think I can "NEVER" eat my favourite foods. I'm loving this program because I can have whatever I want, just in the right amounts!
My Inspirations

- Keeping up with my kids...
- Being able to buy any clothing that I want...
- Being able to go to the beach and not hide and cover up!

Still haven't gotten my DVD yet :(. Hopefully it will come in today! How are you doing on the shred? I can't wait to start!
