I'm a 28yr old woman who used to be quite active in younger years and just sorta 'lost it' after college. I'm trying to get it back!:D
I'm a vegetarian 'foodie' and love love love to try new things. My biggest problem, is that I have issues with portion control and I like to eat until I'm literally stuffed (meaning that I'm miserable in 20min after things settle).
I've just recently joined a gym and have a personal trainer that I see twice a week at 5:30AM. That means I have to get up at 4:45am.
If I can drag myself outta bed at 4:45am to go to the gym, then damnit, I can lose this excess weight and get back into the shape I want to be in!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to be healthy & strong. I've never been the 'skinny' type and tend to lean more towards the strong Amazonian side of things...so I do not intend (nor want) to become skinny.
I just want to get back down to a healthy Body Fat % with strong muscles and a killer hourglass shape. It's gonna happen...I just have to remember that it's going to take time, dedication, and preserverance.
My Inspirations
- Wedding dress fittings are coming up in January! (wedding in June)
- I want to eventually have kids, and I want to be a great role model for them
- I want to live as long as possible, as healthy as possible
- I want to be able to scale mountains at the drop of a hat :)

How's it going? I keep thinking about the chocolate mousse (I'm on a carb down cycle) and drooling! I am so jealous you can get up that early to go to the gym! Maybe it's the age difference???? ;}
