About Me
I'm a full time grad student and I also work full time as an accountant. I should graduate in the spring of 2010. I was skinny as a kid, but once puberty hit that changed. I've gradually been gaining weight ever since.
Mini-Goals (for the next 6 months):
213 by 10/31/09 (reached on 10/26 - weighed in at 211.5)
206 by 11/30/09 (reached on 11/16 - weighed in at 206)
200 by 12/31/09
193 by 1/31/10
186 by 2/28/10
179 by 3/31/10
This is losing 6 to 7 lbs a month - between 1 and 2 lbs a week. I can totally do this!!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I'm 25 and I weight almost 230 pounds. This is the heaviest I've ever been. I don't like being overweight and I don't like my lack of discipline that impacts not only my health but all other areas of my life as well. I want to change.
My Inspirations
- My mom - she's living a much healthier lifestyle than she used to.
- I want to be able to climb the stairs at work without being being out of breath.
- I found a great swimsuit - I want to buy it next summer and look good in it!
