About Me
I was always a very thin person and then I developed some health issues. Well, it wrecked my metabolism and I couldn't exercise for awhile. I started a workout program with little diet moderation and have hit a plateau. So, I'm thinking that I need to do something to motive me to loose the rest of the weight. I'm fairly active and eat mainly healthy. There is always a chocolate temptation, but eating it in moderation helps me a lot.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
To be healthier, to feel better. I gained about 20-25 pounds and am annoyed with it.
