About Me
I have tried to lose weight in the past, several times. Each time I was successful in losing 50-70 lbs, but always going back to my old habits and gaining it all back AND THEN SOME! This time I want to make the changes stick!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I want to feel better about myself and have higher self confidence. I also want to be a healthier looking mom.

- A new baby!
- It isn't here yet, but we are in the process of adopting our first child.
