I'm living in Northern BC, Canada and actually don't mind it. I am soon to be divorced and don't have any kids.....yet. I'm an emotional eater like so many others and am hoping to change that forever. Hope this site is a start to a new beginning for me. I think the support here will be great!

Why I Want To Get In Shape

To be honest I think I've been trying to lose weight in one form or another for 20 years. Of course I've been doing it half a$$ed cause here I am 55lbs over weight. I made the decision that I'm sick of it. Sick of the clothes not fitting, feeling literally uncomfortable in my clothes, feeling ugly with the weight, etc, etc. I have made the decision that if I can try to lose weight for 20 years half a$$ed, I can do it for one year the right way and be done with it forever! I've always been looking for the quick fix before and have never succeeded so this time I'm taking it slow and making it a life change forever! Wish me luck!
