About Me

I'm a Group Exercise and Aerobics instructor. I also help with personal training and resistance training. I am a highly active young lady! I also volunteer at a local fitness facility where I complete full fitness assessments on people to predict what there overall health and physical fitness level is at. I then am able to prescribe a fitness prescription on that person based on their specific data via ACSM's protocol. I love my job, and take great pride and interest in the Study of Exercise Science and Health Promotion.

I love being outdoors! I enjoy some reading, "chick-flicks", and spending time with my handsome boyfriend.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I would consider myself 'In Shape' already. However, I am very short and stocky. I workout and resistance train constantly. Both on my own, and via my class that I instruct. I have a hard time excepting my personal appearance, I feel I should be thinner, and even more cut. I would consider myself to be very muscular and strong, but I have little definition. I would like to cut down, and become a size more attractive to my height.

MMMM one of my favorite things about Autumn is all the yummy goodies. But anyways, I have been good. Haven't been working out really but I am going to try to get back on track tomorrow, my boyfriend wants me to work out with him. I am going to try to aim for at least 3 or 4 times a week of a good workout. So that should help a lot.

I looked at your food log today and saw that you ate something from Happy's Apples, I thought to myself, theres no way she had a carmael apple too! lol. But then I saw that you had apple cider. I screwed up my day with that damn apple! :)
