Why I Want To Get In Shape

I want to get in Shape because I've gained weight since I graduated Highschool and tech school. I feel out of shape and obviously cannot fit into some of my old jeans.....which is motivation enough!

Other than eating waaaay too much, my fourth was great! I'll just start over again today and get back on the wagon. Holiday happen, right? How was your fourth?
