About Me
Well, I've been on a plateau for a few weeks, and I'm finally starting to lose again- VERY slowly but surely.
7/25 -- 161.2 (I gained!! hides face in shame
8/3 -- 160.0 woo hoo, forward progress! Ran my first 5k yesterday!
8/19 -- 159.6 YAAAAY!! Thank you, employment!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I used to love to run, and ski, and play basketball and other sports, my life was so much more active and I loved being able to just take off, now I get winded walking up stairs or across a parking lot.
My Inspirations
- My health.
- The little black dress hanging in my closet.
- The cute jeans I'd all but given up on.
- My younger siblings who need someone to look up to.
