About Me
I lost 30 lbs in 2004 and kept it off until 2006 when my husband passed away. All the stress has put every pound I lost, back on and probably a few extra. I lost motivation in many areas of my life. I was in school at the time and trying not to throw it all away. I was able to pull myself together (as best I could) and focus on finishing, if nothing else. Which I did! The accomplishment of receiving my degree has jump started my motivation. I made it through one of the hardest times of my life and I can make it through my next goal.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I miss having the energy I had when I weighed less and I want to get back to feeling good about life.
