About Me

A busy Dad of four kids, ages 12, 4 and two year old twin boys. We own two funeral homes and a wedding chapel in Nevada. I'm always working or on call. I love to spend time with my family.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I haven't been feeling the healthiest lately and I knew it was because of the additional poundage I have been carrying since college. I need to shrug off this additional weight to help me improve my health, my own self image and my self-worth. I also want to get back into shape for my wife and kids. My wife has been using this site for several monthes now and she has done fabulously. I just need to do whatever it takes to straighten myself out for them and me.
