Hello, my name is Stephanie! I am majoring in Exercise and Wellness. I figured I should drop my Freshman 15 and some. I'm now ready to change my eating habits and drop the weight for good! I used to be the girl who could eat ANYTHING and stay super thin, but over the last year that has changed and I packed on a lot... time to say goodbye to those pounds.
5/12: 187 lbs.
5/19: 183 lbs. (4 lb. weight loss this week)
5/26: 180.2 lbs. (2.8 lb. weight loss this week)
6/02: 175.4 lbs. (4.8 lb. weight loss this week)
6/09: 174.4 lbs. (1 lb. weight loss this week)
6/16: 172.4 lbs. (2 lb. weight loss this week)
6/23: 169.6 lbs. (2.8 lb. weight loss this week)
...Stopped recording for a few months, but did continue to drop, back on track full time now...
09/29: 162.5 lbs.
10/06: 156.0 lbs. (6.5 lb. weight loss this week)
10/13: 154.5 lbs. (1.5 lb. weight loss this week)
10/20: 154.0 lbs. (0.5 lb. weight loss this week)
...Stopped recording : ( but back on track again...
12/01: 158.5 lbs.
12/08: 156.0 lbs. (2.5 lb. weight loss this week)
12/15: 152.5 lbs. (3.5 lb. weight loss this week)

Why I Want To Get In Shape
I'm unhappy when looking in the mirror, I weigh more than my Boyfriend and want him to pick me up like he used to, and I want to be confident! And... every girl wants to look amazing in a bikini on Spring Break.
