I'm an extremely active mother of three. I love to spend time with my family, my husband and my puppies. My husband and I love to workout together, go for long hikes and long bike rides along the coast.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I do more cardio than the average Joe, but need to manage my caloric intake a little closer. It's starting to get harder and harder to maintain the body I once had...gotta love aging!
I want to always look my best and keep a good healthy body.
Keeping track always assure I get my daily balance of veggies, carbs, proteins and fats.
Tracking seems to be the only way to lose weight now a days as well...ugggg!!!
My Inspirations
- ME!! Always wanting to look my best!
- My incredibly sexy, 48 yr old husband who looks better than men half his age!
- Lose 20lbs so I can ride faster and stronger!

Hey neighbor! Well my recent "adventure" was a ride in an ambulance to the ER on Sunday - my 7 YO DD crashed and burned on her bike while we were riding along the American River bike path. Thank god she is fine - no broken bones, but scratched up and has a spinal sprain. We are leaving for Mendocino tomorrow for a week...THAT is my idea of an adventure :) Have you been there? Suggestions?
