I know! I have talked to the nicest people here also. Everyone is so encouraging and helpful. Yesterday I did so bad. I went over my calories and did not exercise like I did all week. I will try to do a little better today. I see you have lost some already. Awesome YOU!!! What things have you changed to see results? Have a happy weekend. ~Ericka~
