About Me
I'm 23 and live in a small town in Ohio. I am a home-body that loves spending time with my new husband, and my family and friends (and I can't forget my Lolo! I love my Jack Russel to death!!). I also love my job and the people that I work with. Generally, I love life, I try not to take anything for granted, I make sure the people I love know that I love them, because you never know when will be the last time you see them. I absolutely can't wait until the time is right for me to become a mommy, that's something I have looked forward to forever. Like I said, I love life for all it's worth and I want to do everything in my power to make sure I live a long and healthy life! I have so much to look forward to.
Why I Want To Get In Shape
I ran track all through middle school and high school and was in great shape! After high school, I was still pretty active through work, but after finishing college and getting a desk job, the pounds started adding up! Now that I've gotten a handle on my meals and nutrition, I have really started to kick it up in the gym. I so look forward to getting into really, really good shape. I want to live a long life, and be happy with my body when I am 30, 40, 50 years old! I came close to having cervical cancer 2 years ago,and still have the threat. My doctor suggests that a healthy lifestyle including plenty of exercise greatly lowers the risk of cervical (or any) cancer. You only get one body to live in so you better treat it right!
