I'm a mom of 2 great boys...24 & 17 and a beautiful grandson aged 5. Born and raised in St. Louis but currently in AZ. I've been a stay at home mom for 17 yrs, and did a great job of taking care of them, and not such a great job of taking care of me, so now it's "me" time.

Why I Want To Get In Shape

I want to be healthy, while it's not to late to get there!
