About Me
I am a fitness walking coach and have decided that now that my youngest is a little over a year I have no reason not to lose the "baby weight". Coaching people to live healthier lives also makes me want to "practice what I preach"!
Why I Want To Get In Shape
To stop the cycle of over eating/ binging and to be a positive influence to my 2 daughters.
to stop having to take my diabetes medication.
To have my ankles stop hurting when I walk.
